Changes

When BG was born, I bought a new video camera--one that doesn't use tapes. It actually stores quite a bit of video, and I've taken quite a bit of video, too. Over this weekend, I decided to actually archive some of it, so I hooked it up to my Macbook and away I went.

I can't believe how much BG has changed in the last few months.

I've been able to tell that she's growing and changing. She weighs more now and she's a lot more playful. But it was seeing her in those really early videos, from at the hospital and the first few weeks at home that really threw me. I can't believe how tiny she was! She was so small and fragile, and now she seems so much more robust. Seeing her everyday, the changes along the way have been so gradual, I haven't really thought about them. But seeing her then and looking at her now made me realize just how much she has changed.

And how much she's going to change...
